Designed to give new life to Waterman or similar display cases.
This is a water float decal applied like those model car kits.
I believe these were made in the late 1980s or early 90s.
I remember seeing these around when we started attending pen shows back in 1997.
Since this is a one-and-done water decal returns are not accepted unless the item returned in the same condition as received.
