Vintage Godinger Silver Tone Ornate Stationary Desk Double Swivel Pen Holder.  Part of the attraction to vintage metalware pieces such as these is the aging of the metal.  Made in Japan.  Felt bottom.  NO PENS with this item-just the holder.  Holders swivel to different angles.  Please check out my other listings for additional pieces to this set.
