Vintage Elegant White Imperial Glass IG Swan
---   a classic mid century period traditional figural dish
All of the art work and collectibles being sold by Adams-Byrd Fine Art & Antiques have been collected and selected one at a time by the proprietor, an art historian with many years of training and experience in university art history departments, museums, galleries, and historic sites both in the U.S. and abroad.  The business has been based in the Washington, D.C. area for many years. The art and collectibles that we are offering to eBay buyers are special and unique pieces that have been carefully “curated” by us.
This elegant Imperial Glass white milk glass swan is a great display piece, but it can also be used as a small serving dish or trinket dish.  The oval base (with the IG logo in the center)
is about 1 3/8" x 2 3/8".  Overall it is about 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 4" tall.
It is in good vintage condition; there are no cracks or chips.  Inside the swan, there are some tiny dark specks in the glass -- and the surface is "rough" on top of some of the specks (these are manufacturing issues, not damage). (Also, when we washed it, we apparently missed some dirt on the bottom along the edge --- so that has now been cleaned ----- after the photo session.)
All items we sell are from a pet free and smoke free environment – unless prior owner history is noted above.

Payment
: For auction items, payment is expected within 3 days of purchase.
After 4 days, an unpaid item case may be opened with eBay so that the item can be relisted or second chance offers may be made to other bidders.

: We aim to ship within 3 business days of receiving payment, however delays may occur – in the event of a delay, we will update you on the progress of your shipment.  We always ship with delivery confirmation / tracking.
