    Trader Joe's Manuka Honey 10+   that refers to UMF of course.
    Manuka Honey has a special  biological activity which relates predominantly to the non-peroxide activity. The presence of the special non-peroxide activity can be detected only by an array of scientific testing directly relating to the phenol standard.
    100% Pure Manuka Honey from New Zealand  and contains the highest amount of methylglyoxal, the healing compound found in most varieties of honey.  It is antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral.  It contains B vitamins, magnesium, potassium and calcium.   The name Manuka gets its name from the native manuka bush pollinated by bees in New Zealand.
    Each container is 8.8 ounces. 100% Brand new.
    Please note that the bottle no longer states UMF.  I have been assured that it is the same honey as last year's but the manufacturer no longer uses the third party tester that can put UMF on the label.  It is still 10+ on the scale
