This jug of Pure Maple Syrup is  made with the sap from
our sugarbush on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains.  This syrup contains nothing but the pure sap from Hard Sugar Maples that has been collected in a state of the art tubing system, and boiled down in the traditional manner on a wood fired evaporator.  Just to make one quart takes over 10 gallons of maple sap.
If you are not familiar with REAL pure maple syrup and think you like your store bought name-brand pancake syrup, take a good look at the ingredients list on the back.  It is most likely a list of high fructose corn syrup along with a bunch of chemicals and preservatives that you can't even pronounce, YUK!  Interested in the ingredients list on this jug of real maple syrup?  Well that's it, ONE ingredient - PURE MAPLE SYRUP, it just doesn't get any better, or healthier.  Give it a try, you will never go back to the fake stuff.
