I am selling a SoleUs-Air LX140 portable Air Conditioner, Heater, Fan, Dehumidifier unit, which is capable of keeping which ever 525 sq. feet area you want at the EXACT TEMPERATURE that you want (up to 14,000 BTUs) just set it and go, and it will do the rest. This unit is in very good condition, but it is just too big for the place I'm living, and besides I can use the $$. I do not have the tubes for intake/exhaust, but they don't cost much. I do have an aftermarket remote for it, and it works pretty good👍 So make me an offer I can't refuse, and believe me you can be a pretty cool cat this summer.
