This unit has been cleaned and tested. All functions including AC, Fan, Heater and Dehumidifier work great.
The remote and full window kit are NOT included, however the unit specific hose fitting is.
There are a few small scratches on the front of the unit.
This Item is in really good shape, with minor wear and tear.
