    Description

    This listing is for a vintage Purinton Pottery Slipware, Low Serving/Fruit Bowl with "Apple Pattern".  The bowl is in overall, very good, clean condition, although, its does have an hairline crack as pointed out in the second photo.  It measures 11-7/8 inches in diameter and is 2-7/8" tall.
    This platter and the Puritan Pottery Slipware bowl which is for sale in another listing belonged to my mother.  The two items were a gift to her from her sister, most likely in the 1940's.  While displayed on her kitchen cupboard, a small item was
    accidentally dropped from a shelf above the set resulting in this crack.
