Our maple cream is so smooth and creamy that it will remain spreadable right out of the fridge. (Refrigeration is not necessary if used on a daily or semi daily basis.) It is here, in this peaceful little border town of Franklin, VT that our family has been producing some of the finest quality maple syrup that mother nature has to offer for over a century. Right smack dab in the heart of maple country. Our maple syrup is 100% all natural and 100% sustainable. Over the years we have perfected the art of making maple cream. We only use our early season Medium amber syrup for making maple cream which gives it that perfectly smooth and creamy texture with absolutely to die for maple flavor. Our maple cream is made from nothing more than 100% pure maple syrup. No preservatives or additives. On an average year only about 5 percent of our entire maple crop qualifies for making maple cream.
