This listing is for a Plant It water timer which was purchased as part of an auction of Amazon customer returns. We have this listed as used because the timer shows some minor signs of being handled, but overall the items are in very good condition. According to the package all the of different pieces are included with the exception we did not find any instructions. The original retail packaging is included, but it has been opened. When we inserts batteries the green power light on the front came on and you could hear the timer resetting for a few seconds. We did not perform any additional testing, but we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Batteries are not included. Thanks for visiting our listing and good luck.
