After a few seconds of turning it off, it will continue to blink and then stop. This does have a few issues- #1- This will need a new Razor Head Blade Cutter Replacement. As you can see, this is not included in the auction. #2- The power button cover is cracked. This can be seen in picture 3. Though cracked, this turns on/off 100% of the time. #3- There is no charging base. Please look at all pictures for cosmetic condition. This also includes the original instruction manual & quick start guide.
