The shipping method is ultimately chosen at my discretion and may sometimes differ from what is offered in the listing. For example, I may offer Federal Express but may ship it USPS depending on the price. Economical or Free shipping is usually the slowest taking up to 2 weeks. If you require a certain shipping method or a fast delivery, please, message me BEFORE you purchase the item to be sure it can be shipped the way you want.  If the item is marked for Federal Express shipping, please note that they do not ship to PO Boxes. Please check the shipping options when you check out. USPS and Federal Express may leave your package at your door.  I do not add signature confirmations to items. If you need security for your package, please let me know and we can work out the cost for you. If you want your item insured please message me and we can work out the details.
RETURN POLICY
I accept returns within 14 days of the actual ship date (ship date is when the shipping company picks up the package). Please contact me as soon as possible if your item is damaged upon arrival. Please send pictures of the packaging and damage. I will handle the claims process for you. Unless the item was not as described (or damaged),  I do not refund your return shipping cost or my cost to ship to you. Refunds given as: money back for the item minus MY cost of shipping to you.
The listings are as is/ as shown / as described to the best of my ability.  I strive to provide accurate descriptions and measurements.  PLEASE take the time to go over the measurements to ensure proper fit and ask any questions about color if that is a great concern to you. Computer monitors are all different so what I see in color on mine may be different than what you see. Please ask questions. The item has to be in its original condition in order to qualify for a refund. All of the shoes I sell are secretly marked so that I know they were the shoes I actually sold!
