You are bidding on a Small Onos 9qt Portable Air Conditioner Home Camping Ice Chest Swamp Cooler 110v with dual swivel exhaust vents with 110 wall Plug and carry handle. I am an Army vet that has been re-purposing and making cooler style swamp coolers for number of years now to sell on Ebay in my work shop out back. Small sized unit holds 9 quarts. Igloo cooler measures 13" long by 13" tall  to top of lid handle and 9" wide. Hold 9 quarts of ice. This personal compact unit is wonderful for helping cool off your immediate personal space on a hot day. Great small sized compact unit useful for helping cool off tents for a cool nights sleep. This small unit is meant to cool off your personal space and is NOT meant to affect the ambient air temp of a  space. Brand new high velocity 6" fan 2 speed fan is mounted in top. 2 PVC vents in lid swivel so you can point them where ever you like. Light weight and easy to transport. Simply fill with ice, plug in and start cooling off. The fan blows over the ice and tada....you have cool air blowing out the vents.  Best part is its costs you no more than a big bag of ice! Other professionally manufactured Swamp Coolers that are available are incredibly expensive and not exactly portable, durable or user friendly...I have yet to come across one made with a USB port like I use with my mini and other small units that would allow you to add so many plug attachments and could be used so many places....the uses are endless.....sooo Here you go! One other statement just to clarify the unit. This unit is NOT an air conditioner in the standard use of the word. It does NOT contain any Freon or chemicals to chill the air as all true air conditioners do. This is a true swamp cooler...natural cooling unit. It works by pulling warm air into unit, blowing it across ice inside unit to
expel
cool air out of exhaust vent. This size unit works best to blow directly on you to
cool your immediate space only
and is
NOT meant to cool an entire room, car or boat cabin.
