    This is a size 36 Nuhope Ostomy Hernia belt.
    I have an ostomy.  I am fit and strong.  This is the only hernia belt I trust.  I lift heavy weights and I am very active.  I use this for all my exercises and heavy yard work.
    A lot of folks sell hernia or ostomy belts.  I've owned many belts in my journey to find the perfect belt. None of them made me feel as safe as this one.
