We have updated to the new universal grading standards. We currently have Dark, Robust Flavor or Very Dark, Strong Flavor (quarts only) grades available upon request. Amber Color, Rich Flavor will be sent unless otherwise requested by the buyer. All are Grade A with the darker syrup having a stronger flavor which tends to be better if you plan to use it for cooking. It is still good on pancakes as well. It really is just a personal preference. We can send some of each, just let us know what you want!
