The reverse is also very well preserved with quite a bit of luster and minimum wear to the beautiful calligraphy. The coin has some minor scratches and bag marks to the surface. It has wear commensurate with its age and about uncirculated status. The coin is much better than the photos suggest. Please see photos for additional condition information.

    Description:
    A nice lustrous about uncirculated 1352 AH or 1933 AD Egyptian five piastres silver coin. The coin, which is graded as AU58 by ANACS, depicts the bust of King Fuad or Fouad the first (who ruled Egypt during the British occupation) facing left. He is wearing a military uniform and a fez and has the words Fouad the first King of Egypt along the edge on the obverse. The reverse has the words "Al Mamlkah Al Mesryah" (Kingdom of Egypt) in the center in beautiful calligraphy surrounded by the denomination and the date in years AD (1933) and AH (1352). This is KM 349 should weigh ~7 grams and is ~26 m in diameter. The coin is graded as AU 58 and comes in a plastic holder so labeled.
