- Each pump is inspected for electrical/mechanical defects before shipping
- After inspection, each pump is returned to its original packaging
- Extra padding/cushion is added to each box to ensure safe transit to you

Installation:
-
Pump must be installed with the shaft horizontal, NOT vertical
- Purge the system piping of air and debris using a flush cart or other
- Use burping nut in center of motor to release air trapped in canister before starting pump
- Do not run pump dry, must always be full of fluid
- Water Quality is EXTREMELY important with cast iron pumps
- Water test before filling the system is highly recommended

Return Policy:
- 30 day return window from purchase date
- Product must be in NEW condition (unused, no fluid pumped through it)
- Product must be in its original packaging and arrive in the condition when it left our facility
- Purchaser pays return shipping and must package the product well/safely for return transit
- Product will be subject to inspection once returned (this process usually takes 5-10 business days)
