Perfect for the hot summer for fresh cold air flow relief. The mini Swamp Cooler is meant to be filled with ice and used to cool a single individual directly from the air flow. The 5qt small size will not be enough to fill a full room or car from just the air flow. The Swamp Cooler is not a AC unit and does not contain freon, it simply pulls air from the outside and passes through the ice to push out a cooler stream of air.
