GRADE A - DARK With Robust Flavor
This jug of Pure Maple Syrup is made with sap from our own sugarbush on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains.  This syrup contains nothing but the pure sap from Hard Sugar Maples that has been boiled down in the traditional manner on a wood fired evaporator.  Just to make one half gallon takes over 20 gallons of maple sap.
Our sap is collected in a state of the art, sealed tubing system for cleanliness.
If you are not familiar with REAL pure maple syrup and think you like your store bought name-brand pancake syrup, take a good look at the ingredients list on the back.  It is most likely a list of high fructose corn syrup along with a bunch of chemicals and preservatives that you can't even pronounce, YUK!  Interested in the ingredients list on this jug of real maple syrup?  Well that's it, ONE ingredient - PURE MAPLE SYRUP, it just doesn't get any better, or healthier.  Give it a try, you will never go back to the fake stuff.
Maple syrup is not just your average sugar either, it is packed with vitamins, trace minerals, micro-nutrients, and best of all, FLAVOR.  Some of the vitamins include - Thiamin, Riboflavin, and Niacin.  Minerals include - Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Manganese, and Selenium.
Please be aware that the grading system for syrup has changed as of  2016 -
Grade A will now include four new color and flavor classes for maple syrup: golden color and delicate taste, amber color and rich taste, dark color and robust taste, and very dark and strong taste.
