A beautiful extremely fine or much better 1955 (1374 AH) one Egyptian millieme aluminum-bronze small coin. The coin, which is golden in color, depicts the head of the ancient Egyptian Sphinx one of the world's seven wonders, located in the Giza plateau outside Cairo Egypt, on the obverse and the denomination on the reverse. The coin is labeled (Gomhuriet Misr) Republic of Egypt. It is KM-375 and weighs approximately 1.7 grams and measures approximately 16 mm in diameter. Coin of such low denomination are becoming very rare and difficult to find in such nice state of preservation. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description.

Condition:
I would grade this coin as nice extremely fine or much better with all the details being very well preserved. The coin has very nice eye appeal with light toning and some residual luster. It has very little wear commensurate with its age and circulated status. It does have minor scratches and some light bag marks. Other than that, the coin is problem free and is much better than the photos shows. Please see photos for additional condition information.
