    Very good condition overall. However, the neck has been repaired, and there is a split in the wood on the bottom.
    This hand carved swan came from an estate sale run directly by the family. The woman at the sale appeared to be in her 60s.  She said that this swan had been in her household as long as she could remember, since her young childhood. She believed it was carved either by her father when he was very young, or by her grandfather.
