Description - An interesting antique ruler . One side made of celluloid with a 1916 calendar , ruler and advertising for T Chaplin Beet internal investigations , 738 Broad st. Newark N.J.. The reverse with several ink pen blotters attached .
Age - 1916
Size - 8 1/2" x 1 1/2"
Condition - Very good with some stains on the blotter side
