Original American Flyer from 1952. All original, very nice & fully intact, no rust. Patina & lettering nice and bright. Cleaned and ready to go. Has a few, slight rubs, but overall looks close to new. Getting hard to find in this nice condition.  Top Collector quality. Reduced shipping cost for multiple items. This is the rarest of the rare. The GREEN ROOF Harbor Junction. The blue roof Harbor Junction is considered extremely rare, but we have seen three of those in 40 years of collecting.  [ One sold at York for 00.]  Also, a few of the green roof Harbor Junction have turned up, but are just as rare.  As far as we know only three Green roof ones have turned up.  This one is in very nice and clean condition and is all original, but there are a few slight marks on the back including the edge of the back RKO sign. Otherwise, it looks hardly used and close to new. The signs and parts are all nice. Very nice paint and patina. These are almost impossible to find all complete and in such nice condition, but this one is very nice, all complete and incredibly rare.  A great addition to any collection. These are American Flyer numbers 270 through 275 (1952 + 1953 only) and numbers 160 through 168 (1953 only). These buildings were never reproduced by Lionel as were almost all of the other American Flyer accessories and they probably never will be reproduced, as they were made out of masonite and bakelite. Thus, the prices of the original buildings have continued to go up and up, as shown by the most recent price guides.
