American Flyer from 1953 only. Very nice & fully intact, no rust. Patina & lettering nice and bright. Cleaned and ready to go. Has a few slight marks and the slight wear on the roof peek. Getting hard to find in this nice condition. Collector quality. Reduced shipping cost for multiple items. Outside continental US, buyer pays actual postage.
These 100 series American Flyer buildings were only made in 1953 until the factory burned. They are very fragile and not that many have survived, especially in this nice and complete condition. The 168 hotel is especially rare. Very few seem to turn up. It is probably the rarest of all of the great American Flyer buildings. This one is very nice, but has the wear on the roof peek and what looks like some factory touch up on one corner. Otherwise, the building itself as well as the all of the original windows and doors are exceptionally clean. A nice bright white with no flaking at all on the back tape.  [Unusual.]  Also, the roof is the proper, clean forest green and not the usual dusty, dirty finish that most have.  Overall, a nice patina and condition. This is a nice and rare example of the American Flyer Hotel. Please see photos to confirm condition.
