    Description

    American Flyer whistling billboard. Tested and works good, but is dry and needs oiling. Both light bulbs are intact and light up. One motor mount screw is missing. Billboard face is pretty descent. The base is ok but has a dent. Some paint loss and scratches. Wiring is all good.
