American Flyer #23780 Gabe the Lamplighter tower RARE w/original box instruction

Description

American Flyer #23780 Gabe the Lamplighter tower accessory, RARE from 1958/59, with original box, instruction sheet, button control, wires, cardboard cutouts/box inserts/packaging. Overall the tower is in C6 Very Good condition with minimal surface wear/dirt/dust, some marks in white and red paint on shed pieces, plastic green base and tower bridge intact. When powered, the green button ascends Gabe step by step slowly having to repeatedly press button (sometimes he misses a step), red button turns on all 4 lights (turning button slightly keeps them on/turns them off again), middle button rapidly descends Gabe from top back down. Original box has nice color and shape, numbered/labeled end is loose/ripped off. Original instruction sheet has discoloration. Selling as is with no guarantee of future performance or operation.
