Hello, we are Dollar Mtn. Apiaries, a family operation which has been raising honey bees for 45 yrs. Our bees have produced blue ribbon honey at the county fair for several years now. We are located in the coastal mountains of Northern California. For more information, check out our .com.
We have here 12 lbs of pure natural Chaparral, Clover or Forest honey. The chaparral is a dark to light amber color, as seen in the photo. Clover is a light to medium amber. Forest is dark, almost black, color.  Our honey retains all the healthful properties right from nature. Feel free to ask any questions.
We have seen some Honey sellers on Ebay stating honey is not sugar, this is not entirely true, though honey is a natural sweetener it is chemically Fructose and Sucrose.  So, diabetics do need to be aware of this.
