    2021 maple season.
    100% Pure Maple Syrup made in Finger Lakes Region of New York State   This is made on premises with our own sugar maples and red maples to create our own uniquely delicious flavor of Maple Syrup. The sap flows from the trees to our sugar-house.  Maple Syrup a delicious treat can be used in your hot tea, coffee, on top of your ice cream, in recipes or just on your pancakes and waffles.
    We use a meter to grade our syrup. The Dark Robust could be a little lighter dark robust than you are used to but it is still dark robust and very delicious.

    After opening Maple Syrup it should be refrigerated.
    You can also freeze your syrup to extend its shelf life for an indefinite time.
